Office Receptionist Position in a busy Naturopathic Medicine Clinic
The office is a fast-paced, friendly environment, where excellent patient care is of utmost importance.
In our employees we look for: accountability, long term commitment, a passion to anticipate and meet our clients’ needs, a genuine desire to deliver the highest level of service, and mature composure and communication skills.
We’re looking for:
1. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an office setting with high customer contact
2. Professional, polished appearance
3. Acute attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
4. Excellent verbal/non-verbal communication skills, customer service, and interpersonal skills
5. Aptitude to learn and articulate medical terminology
6. Highly capable to manage several responsibilities and customers at once
7. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally QuickBooks
8. High level of long-term commitment
9. Freedom to work Monday to Thursday 9-7pm
